High Alumina Cement

Usually suggest customers use alumina cement A600 to install alumina lining bricks for ball mill. It would make the installation more stronger and serve for longer time.

Brief introduction & Application:

High alumina cement is also called aluminate refractory cement, is made of bauxite and limestone as raw materials, calcined with calcium aluminate as the main component, clinker with 50% alumina content, and then ground into hydraulic cementitious material.

Aluminate cement can also be yellow or brown, but also gray. The main component of aluminate cement is calcium aluminate (CaO.Al2O3, abbreviated Ca) and other aluminate, and amount of dicalcium silicate (2CaO.SiO2) and so on. Most colors are gray and white.

High alumina cement is mainly used in thermal technical equipment such as metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, building materials, mechanical processing, and military industry. It has the characteristics of rapid hardening and high strength, fire resistance, sulfate corrosion resistance, high load fire resistance coefficient, high thermal stability, and good thermal shock resistance.
